Goodbye Jacko

POP superstar Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest yesterday after an incredible, bizarre and entertaining career as the king of pop.

Millions of heartbroken fans worldwide flooded the internet as the news broke last night to pay tribute to the 50-year-old legend.

He was the most exciting live performer of his generation, known for his backward-gliding moonwalk, his crazy, crotch-grabbing dance moves and his high-pitched singing, punctuated with squeals and titters.

His single, white glove, tight, military-style jacket and aviator sunglasses were trademarks, as was his weird, ever-changing, surgically altered appearance.

Jackson ranked alongside Elvis Presley and the Beatles as one of the biggest pop sensations of all time. He brought together two of music's biggest names when he was briefly married to Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie.

And people have immediately compared Jackson's death to that of Presley himself, who died aged 42 in 1977.

But as years went by, Jackson began to transform into a freakish figure.

A middle-aged man-child weirdly out of touch with grown-up life. His skin became lighter, his nose narrower, and he spoke in a breathy, girlish voice.

He often wore a germ mask while travelling, kept a pet chimpanzee named Bubbles as one of his closest companions, and surrounded himself with children at his Neverland ranch, a storybook playland filled with toys, rides and animals.

Jackson shocked crowds in 2002 when he playfully dangled his infant son, Prince Michael II, over a hotel balcony in Berlin while a throng of fans watched from below.

In 2005, the world tuned in to watch as he was cleared of molesting a 13-year-old cancer survivor at Neverland in 2003.

He had been accused of plying the boy with alcohol and groping him, and of engaging in strange and inappropriate behaviour with other children.

The case followed years of rumours about Jackson and young boys. In a TV documentary, he acknowledged sharing his bed with children, a practice he described as sweet and not at all sexual.

Despite being cleared of all charges, the allegations that came out in court seriously damaged his career and image, and he fell into serious financial trouble.

Michael Joseph Jackson was born August 29, 1958, in Gary, Indiana, USA. He was four-years-old when he began singing with his brothers - Marlon, Jermaine, Jackie and Tito - in the Jackson 5.

After his early success with "bubblegum soul", he struck out on his own, creating innovative, explosive, unstoppable music.

The album Thriller mixed the dark bass and drums of Billie Jean, the classic Eddie Van Halen solo on Beat It, and the jazzy funk on Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'.

His peak came in 1983 when Motown celebrated its 25th anniversary with a huge televised concert.

Jackson moonwalked off with the show, joining his brothers for a medley of old hits and then leaving them behind with a pointing, crouching, high-kicking, crotch-grabbing performance of Billie Jean.

By then he had cemented his place in pop culture. He got the plum Scarecrow role in the 1978 movie musical The Wiz, a pop-R&B version of The Wizard of Oz, that starred Diana Ross as Dorothy.

He had great follow-up albums with 1987's Bad and 1991's Dangerous, but his career began to collapse in 1993 after he was first accused of molesting a boy who often stayed at his home. The singer denied any wrongdoing, reached a settlement with the boy's family, reported to be £12million, and criminal charges were never filed.

Jackson's expressed anger over the allegations on the 1995 album HIStory, which sold more than 2.4million copies, but by then, the popularity of Jackson's music was clearly disappearing, even as public fascination with his increasingly erratic behaviour was growing.

Jackson married Lisa Marie Presley in 1994, and they divorced in 1996. Later that year, Jackson married Deborah Rowe, a former nurse for his dermatologist. They had two children together: Michael Joseph Jackson Jr, known as Prince Michael, and Paris Michael Katherine Jackson. Rowe filed for divorce in 1999.

The name of the mother of his third child, seven-year-old Prince Michael II - also known as 'Blanket' - has never been revealed.

Hari ini tak sama macam semalam...dan hari semalam tak macam hari-hari sebelumnya. semuanya memang lain. seperti janggal,seperti baru. anyway,thanks for the 'beautiful teevee' n cute 'now & forever'. luv it! i'll keep yours and you keep mine :). thats y i pick pink...haha not because i'm gonna be a gay. haha :). don't worry. i'll take care myself. kena masuk silat ni.

Weh, mana pencil case aku? aku mau jadi insan yang ber pen. sangat kelam kabut kalo nak pegi meeting. nak beli pen lah bagai. tiap kali nak pegi meeting,kna beli pen. kaya tokey kdai runcit tuh.

Aku rasa, bulan 7 aku kena rajin skit. aku mau amik exam. serius neh!

Alamak raya dah dekat. adoi. pening kpala. jem kpala. tak boley ke taun ni pnyer raya di bawak ke tahun hadapan? cam orang buat kira-kira akaun tu. memang tak boley pon. ahh lantak lah!

Itu hari aku dah call sorang kawan, die cakap jgn ceburkan diri dengan masalah. tapi rasanya aku dah can terceburkan diri skit dah ni. cmana nak undur balik neh. adoi. masalah ni. pandai sangat..padan muka.

Look at me: A born spender, I have coaxed myself into being a saver--thanks to automatic transfers--and now have $5,632 in my saving accounts (which includes a big one for emergencies, and smaller ones for vacation and necessities--not retirement, which is separate).

But an equally important habit that boosts savings is to do three little things things every day--I just did them right now, they only take a few minutes:

1) Log onto your checking account. If there is some spare cash in there, sweep it into savings.
2) Empty your wallet. Or at least take out the smaller bills and stash them in your sock drawer (current total in my accessory drawer: $27).
3) Plan one way to save today. Bring lunch instead of buying it. Vow to drink the FREE office coffee instead of lovely lattes. If you have after-work plans, scale them back (Netflix and pizza at your house sounds great to me). Leave your plastic at home for a day (it might need to rest).

teh tiga layer

Hari ini pekena teh tiga layer. giler...tak sedap..rasanya amat longkang. pening kpala aku. tapi aku pnah layan nescafe tiga layer. sedap. mungkin teh tak sesuai di campur dgn gula merah kot. sebab tu rasa dia sangat hampeh. presentation dah ok dah..nampak lazats giler..skali daaaa...pening! mahal lak tu. segelas RM3. konpem tanak minum lagi..tak sedap seh!

Hari juga bekfast dalam kete kat stesen minyak. lapar beb. mana tahan. pagi tadi sempat minum teh tarik je demi menjaga hati drebar lori yang dok tunggu nak hantar barang. kang aku makan.. lama laa plak diorg menunggu. pagi tadi juge tjumpa skoolmate yuang dah agak lama tak jumpa. mamat ni genius masa sekelas dgn aku dulu. tiap2 malam tdo je kejenya kat klas prep. tapi add math terer giler. aku tahap cukup2 makan je. mamat ni tahap A1. patut laa dia dapat biasiswa Telekom. tapi die skema beb masa skolah. lepas abis skolah je die cuba nak jadi samseng. haha. tapi sbb ati baik...gagal gak die nak jadi samseng. haha. aku konfius gak dgn mamat neh. cmana die leh jadi pandai sdangkan asyik tdo je. aku yang kurang tdo ni tak gak pandai-pandai. memandai memang aku pandai. ada sorg lagi yang lagi rare. prep malam dia tdo. lpas orang tanya soalan add math ke fizik ker...slambe je die bangun tdo...sambil tenyeh mata...jawab soalan dengan yakin siap dgn jalan pnyelesaian. giler hebat. tapi dengar citer masa masuk UTP dulu...dia cuba gak amalkan prangai genius die tu. kelas tak pegi...tak study..dok blaja hacking bagai..last-last kena repeat semester. sampai skang..dah lost..tau tau apa crita. harap-harap dia bjaya hack laptop dekan dia.h hehe.

Hari ni juge aku bangun..aku rasa cam hari jumaat. dengan yakin aku pakai t-shirt datang keje
hahhaa. nasib baik aku memang nak pegi site. so leh buat alasan pegi site kna pakai tshirt. hehhe. mungkin sbb aku dah bangun kol 530am main intenet pastu aku tdo balik. tu yg buat aku jadi pening sampai lupa hari apa tuh. adoi!

Cabai cabai

Cabai sungguh claim kna potong.cis! nak pegi camping pun tak boleh camni. bajet lari. hampeh btol! celcom laa paling cabai. hantar bil lambat. lapar sungguh pagi ni. pagi-pagi buta kluar pegi meeting. kruk krak bunyi nye. mana nak sempat bekfast. kluar rumah terus jem sampai kl. kalo hari-hari hidup camni...last-last boleh kondem kpala.

Pengumuman! Green Day dah kluar album baru.

Kadang-kadang aku sangat konfius dengan orang-orang sekeliling. semuanya sibuk mengejar duniawi. termasuk laa dengan aku. semua sibuk nak ada banyak duit. aku pun kadang-kadang, tringin gak nak ada banyak duit. tapi yang aku pasti, lagi banyak duit aku ada...lagi sengkek aku jadinya. mau taknya kalo ada RM10,then aku pakai RM9.80. belen tinggal 20 sen jek. memang tak cukup. patutnya kna pandai manage. tapi kang kalo gaji RM10k then hidup cam gaji RM2k kang orang sekeliling cakap kedeng plak. kan kan. so camna? sbb bulan ni sengkek..tu yg aku tpikir camni..hahhaa..time tak sengkek..slamber jek.

Ronaldo dah nak blah pegi Real Madrid. konpem fan Man U tengah nangis neh. hhehehhe.

Sooka

Bile kite jumpa orang yg level nya sangat high tapi merendah diri, kita akan rasa kagum dan malu dengan diri sendiri. 1st time jumpa orang camni. kagum btol. rupenya masih ada orang camni kat dunia. ingatkan dah pupus. segan beb. hahhaa. dah ler hotel yg di book utk aku takde breakfast,sampai die pun tak nak breakfast sbb aku pnyer takde bekfast. malu bai!

Ari ni tersangat lah letih. rasa cam nak tidur je. tadi masa lunch,terserempak dgn one of kwn lama kepada seorang best friend kat Sooka. aku tengok die..die tengok aku. nak tegur cam segan. last-last aku tegur. nasib baik die knal lagi aku. kalo tak malu gilerrr. aku just kim salam kat kawan aku tu. lama tak jompaaa.

Tadi seseorang mintak maaf dgn aku. okie, yang dah lepas tu biarlah lepas :). buat apa nak simpan dalam hati :)
