it is just a rubbbish!

I heard from someone, Microsoft blame on us (definitely me) for the UC project problem. huh! they just can talk but, no action at all. i already know that Microsoft Malaysia do not has the technical person locally. they promise to bring their guy to the site to check the configuration and to solve the problem (conference chat is having problem before). it is about a week but still no news from them. thank god i already engaged the technical support from China. the funny thing is the support from China also did not know about the problem,finally i told her...it is IM filtering problem. then she came with the solution but Microsoft Malaysia did not admit about the problem. huh! you can sell, but you did not know what is going on dude! the bad thing is,this project is not properly planned from the beginning. it was supposed to be free add on but suddenly it be a deliverable project! huh! if this thing is clear from the beginning, of course my team will do more network excercise...assessment before deploy the UC. Now, the UC become critical to the project and i was the person who will be blamed. Damn!

So, be carefull before deploy the project. make it clear..and make it official:) and now the headache is on me as i am the only person who involved with this UC project...no team member...it is only me! whatever...i will take all the responsibility!
